BECAUSE YOU LIKE IT!
For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

That is, the original sin caused by Eve in the beginning. Why do people sin? Why do they harm their bodies, health? Why do they get sad and make others sad? It is simple. Because it is pleasant!
Whatever someone offers you or you see that attracts you, why do you end up buying it, making use of it, and son on? It is simple. Because you like it. If you didn't like it, you would say no. You would use the "self-control" that everyone has. You would try to believe in what is written:
...he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out...

Just say no to whatever bothers you.
Do not deceive yourselves…
I Corinthians 3:18
No one deceives God. You think you can deceive yourself. Can you deceive others? They say: It's your choice. The problems, too.
Why don't you get up and say at least to yourself: "I'm going to win, I'm going to rule over myself, so I'll please the all-seeing God? To myself because I will feel victorious, and to those who come to me.
